Chanel offers a unique opportunity to work within its strategic business partner, Manufactures de Mode, providing comprehensive support across various domains, including legal affairs.
- Conduct legal research and monitoring, drafting consultations in business law, including general commercial law and corporate law.
- Draft contracts in whole or in part, such as service agreements, distribution, and subcontracting contracts.
- Collaborate in the implementation of GDPR and Compliance training programs.
- Prepare legal presentations and training sessions.
- Update internal legal databases and assist in the deployment of reporting tools.
- Pursuing a Master's degree in Business Law (DJCE) or enrolled in a dual program with a Business School.
- Previous experience in a similar role within a law firm or corporate environment focusing on general commercial law.
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong writing skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage urgent tasks.
- Team-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in English; Italian is an advantage.
- Proficient in IT tools and databases.
Previous experience in a similar role within a law firm or corporate environment focusing on general commercial law.
Master's degree in Business Law (DJCE) or dual program with a Business School.
