1. Conduct legal research and monitoring, drafting consultations in business law including general commercial law and corporate law.
2. Draft contracts in whole or in part, such as service agreements, distribution, and subcontracting contracts.
3. Collaborate on the implementation of GDPR and Compliance training programs.
4. Prepare legal presentations and training sessions.
5. Update internal legal databases and assist in the deployment of reporting tools.

1. Enrolled in a Master 2 program specializing in Business Law – DJCE or a law student with dual training in Business School.
2. Previous experience in a similar role within a law firm or corporate setting focusing on general commercial law.

1. Meticulous attention to detail and strong writing skills.
2. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage urgent tasks.
3. Proficiency in English, with Italian being an advantage.
4. Strong command of IT tools and legal databases.

A first experience in a similar role within a law firm or corporate setting focusing on general commercial law is required.

Master 2 in Business Law or equivalent, or law student with dual training in Business School.
