1. Draft, analyze, negotiate, and monitor various IT and digital contracts, including licenses, maintenance, SaaS, integration, consulting, website development, confidentiality agreements, and tenders, in both French and English.
2. Ensure compliance of IT and digital projects with data protection regulations, internal security policies, and compliance programs.
3. Draft legal correspondence, memos, meeting notes, and reports.
4. Assist and coordinate with internal and external operational and commercial stakeholders to support their projects.
5. Conduct legal research and maintain legal vigilance.
6. Contribute to the continuous improvement of legal practices and processes.

1. Advanced degree (Bac+5) in Law.
2. Previous experience in a law firm or corporate legal department, particularly in IT contract law, intellectual property, and digital law.
3. Proven skills in contract negotiation, especially IT contracts.

1. Excellent drafting and organizational skills.
2. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
3. Fluency in English is essential.
4. Dynamic, committed, agile, and service-oriented.

A successful initial experience in a legal role, either through an internship or professional contract, focusing on IT contract law and negotiation.

Advanced degree (Bac+5) in Law.
