1. Conduct investigations into online counterfeit offerings.
2. Monitor platforms and social media networks for infringing activities.
3. Participate in anti-counterfeiting efforts within the EMEA region.
4. Analyze and optimize data, ensuring meticulous reporting of anti-counterfeiting actions.
5. Support team activities and conduct legal research.

1. Advanced degree in Law (Bac+5 or equivalent).
2. Previous experience in a law firm or corporate legal department, preferably in Intellectual Property.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
2. Strong analytical and evaluative skills.
3. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple communication channels and incoming requests.
4. Fluency in both English and French, with strong oral and written communication skills.
5. Knowledge of Internet Law and Intellectual Property.

A successful initial experience in a law firm or corporate legal department, ideally focused on Intellectual Property.

Advanced degree in Law (Bac+5 or equivalent).
