- Conduct precise legal research and analysis.
- Document and input information into case databases, maintaining and updating tracking systems, including ALM implementation.
- Compile, proofread, and assist in drafting documents.
- Maintain electronic and paper records and filing systems.
- Communicate updates and project progress.
- Verify outstanding balances with external legal advisors.
- Prepare summaries and materials for presentations and training, organizing materials for files and projects.
- Draft meeting minutes and notes.
- Review professional publications and organize information to create reference tools and update know-how.
- Provide effective administrative support to the legal team.
- Manage calendars, including scheduling meetings and video/teleconferences.
- Organize travel arrangements and itineraries, handling travel expenses, reports, and invoice processing.
- Coordinate team and stakeholder events, including venue selection and agenda and guest list preparation.
- Degree in law or equivalent preferred.
- Prior experience in a legal environment preferred.
- Administrative, organizational, and research skills.
- Knowledge of fundamental legal principles.
- Team spirit and proactive, pragmatic approach with attention to detail.
- Interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English, with a practical knowledge of German preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (0365 Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Teams) and willingness to learn new tools.
Previous experience in a legal environment is preferred.
Degree in law or equivalent preferred.
