1. Draft and monitor commercial contracts, particularly selective and exclusive distribution agreements.
2. Assist in the preparation of cases related to combating parallel markets.
3. Update training materials on competition law.
4. Conduct legal research and prepare memos.
5. Perform legal monitoring and surveillance.

1. Holder of a Master 2 degree or enrolled in a law school as a trainee lawyer.
2. Previous experience in a law firm or corporate setting in distribution/competition law.

1. Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
3. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
4. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
5. Ability to manage urgent tasks effectively.
6. Proficiency in IT tools and databases.

A foundational experience in distribution and competition law, preferably within a law firm or corporate environment.

Master 2 degree in Law or equivalent.
