1. Draft and monitor commercial contracts, particularly selective and exclusive distribution agreements.
2. Assist in preparing cases to combat parallel markets.
3. Update training materials related to competition law.
4. Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda.
5. Perform legal monitoring and stay abreast of relevant legal developments.

1. Holder of a Master 2 degree or a law student with a focus on distribution/competition law.
2. Previous experience in a law firm or corporate legal department in the field of distribution/competition law.

1. Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
3. Proficiency in using IT tools and legal databases.
4. Ability to manage urgent tasks and work effectively in a team environment.

A first experience in distribution or competition law within a law firm or corporate setting is required.

Master 2 degree or equivalent in law, or currently enrolled in a law program.
