1. Draft and monitor commercial contracts, particularly selective and exclusive distribution agreements.
2. Assist in compiling dossiers for combating parallel markets.
3. Update training materials related to competition law.
4. Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda.
5. Monitor legal developments and ensure compliance.

1. Holder of a Master 2 degree or a law student with a focus on distribution/competition law.
2. Previous experience in a law firm or corporate legal department.

1. Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
3. Ability to manage urgent tasks and work collaboratively in a team.
4. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
5. Competency in using IT tools and legal databases.

A minimum of initial experience in distribution or competition law, gained either in a law firm or in-house.

Master 2 degree in Law or equivalent.
