1. Prepare and draft contracts related to event production, including fashion shows, launches, and exhibitions.
2. Manage legal aspects of space usage, compliance, prevention, scenography, and decor.
3. Handle agreements for services, performances, talents, and music.
4. Oversee advertising creations and communication tools, including audiovisual and digital production.
5. Coordinate audiovisual production of films, images, and content.
6. Facilitate image partnerships, festivals, awards, cultural programming, cinema, and literature.
7. Manage artistic and cultural sponsorships with museums and institutions.
8. Handle acquisition and loans of artworks, iconographic clearances, and heritage management.
9. Ensure compliance with media advertising regulations and manage space purchases and brand content collaborations.
10. Compile litigation and dispute files.
11. Prepare memos, guidelines, and processes.
12. Conduct legal monitoring and in-depth research.

1. Master's degree in Intellectual Property, Media, and Communication Law.

1. Excellent command of English.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
3. Strong communication skills.
4. Attention to detail and analytical skills.
5. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Experience in a law firm or corporate setting within contract law related to creation, communication, and events.

Master's degree in Intellectual Property, Media, and Communication Law.
