- Organize and oversee legal services to support ERES's development and legal security within Chanel's Legal Department.
- Understand ERES's priorities to provide optimal legal support to its management.
- Provide direct legal assistance to ERES teams, coordinating with Chanel's Legal Department experts.
- Manage the legal framework of ERES's distribution network, including direct sales, franchises, and wholesale.
- Oversee the corporate legal secretariat for ERES entities.
- Implement best contractual practices in distribution, production, communication, and real estate.
- Coordinate with operational teams to manage relationships with ERES's external partners.
- Deploy processes and training in business ethics and data protection.
- Ensure legal security for ERES's international expansion, including subsidiary management and local partnerships.
- Protect ERES's trademarks and creations, handling third-party relations and disputes.
- Expertise in Business Law with 7-8 years of experience in a law firm or corporate setting.
- Proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken, for international negotiation and drafting.
- Strong understanding of SME operations and legal needs.
- Excellent communication and influence skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
- Project management and team leadership capabilities.
7-8 years of experience in Business Law, preferably within a law firm or corporate environment.
Advanced degree in Law, preferably with a focus on Business Law.
