1. Organize and oversee legal services to support ERES's development and legal security within Chanel's Legal Department.
2. Understand ERES's priorities to provide optimal legal support to its management.
3. Provide direct legal assistance to ERES teams, coordinating with Chanel's Legal Department experts.
4. Manage the legal framework of ERES's distribution network, including direct sales, franchises, and wholesale.
5. Oversee the corporate legal secretariat for ERES entities.
6. Implement best contractual practices in distribution, production, communication, and real estate.
7. Coordinate with operational teams to manage relationships with ERES's external partners.
8. Deploy processes and training in business ethics and data protection.
9. Ensure legal security for ERES's international expansion, including subsidiary management and local partnerships.
10. Protect ERES's trademarks and creations, handling third-party relations and disputes.

1. Expertise in Business Law with 7-8 years of experience in a law firm or corporate setting.
2. Proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken, for international negotiation and drafting.

1. Strong understanding of SME operations and legal needs.
2. Excellent communication and influence skills.
3. Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
4. Project management and team leadership capabilities.

7-8 years of experience in Business Law, preferably within a law firm or corporate environment.

Advanced degree in Law, preferably with a focus on Business Law.
