1. Conduct specific legal research and draft business law notes and consultations.
2. Perform legal monitoring and documentary research in business law.
3. Draft and review contracts, including distribution and supplier agreements, general terms and conditions, and commercial leases.
4. Collaborate on the implementation of GDPR and compliance processes and training.
5. Draft legal notices for websites.
6. Monitor and follow up on the intellectual property protection of the brand's creations and know-how.
7. Assist in monitoring counterfeiting and defending the brand's interests.
8. Update the contractual and corporate database and support the establishment of new subsidiaries in line with the company's business development.

1. Currently pursuing a Master 2 in Business Law, DJCE, or a dual degree with a Business School.
2. Previous experience in a similar role within a law firm or company, focusing on general commercial law and/or corporate law.

2. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage urgent tasks.
3. Team-oriented mindset.
4. Proficiency in English.
5. Advanced proficiency in IT tools and databases.

Previous experience in a similar role within a law firm or company, focusing on general commercial law and/or corporate law.

Master 2 in Business Law, DJCE, or a dual degree with a Business School.
