1. Conduct repairs and restoration of leather bags from European boutiques, adhering to Chanel's quality standards and timelines.
2. Verify the technical diagnosis of received items and analyze necessary restoration work.
3. Record the start and completion of repairs in the digital system.
4. Ensure product conformity post-repair.
5. Independently execute repairs and restoration based on repair sheets and quality standards.
6. Perform necessary stitching, including machine and hand sewing.
7. Conduct self-quality checks and incorporate feedback for improvement.
8. Proactively alert the workshop supervisor of any delays or challenges encountered during restoration.
9. Contribute to team performance by sharing information, best practices, and identifying potential risks.

1. Diploma in Leather Goods Craftsmanship (CAP, BEP, or Bac Pro).
2. Demonstrated expertise in leather craftsmanship with experience in cleaning, stripping, filling, coloring, and polishing leather goods.

1. Proficiency in operating sewing machines.
2. Attention to detail and meticulousness.
3. Teamwork and customer satisfaction orientation.
4. Adaptability and flexibility in tasks and interactions.
5. Basic computer skills.

Previous experience in the restoration and maintenance of luxury leather goods is required.

Diploma in Leather Goods Craftsmanship (CAP, BEP, or Bac Pro).
