1. Translate stylistic demands into prototypes for bags and small leather goods.
2. Oversee the creation of prototypes and duplicates, ensuring technical feasibility.
3. Demonstrate creativity in product design proposals.
4. Compile comprehensive product definition dossiers.
5. Lead the production of samples, maintaining close collaboration with collection management, development, and manufacturing teams.
6. Design new leather goods and small leather goods from project briefs to prototype presentation.
7. Transform sketches and inspiration boards into three-dimensional products.
8. Propose technical alternatives to address quality, construction, and cost challenges.
9. Incorporate product component development requirements, such as timelines, component compatibility, quality, functionality, and technical risks, to propose optimal solutions.
10. Research and develop technical proposals to meet aesthetic challenges.
11. Suggest improvements in assembly techniques, functionality, and material usage optimization.
12. Ensure the repeatability of proposals in manufacturing.
13. Guarantee the accuracy of technical data for studied models and sample production.
14. Gather and input technical data for product definition, including ERP entries, material and accessory color matching, CAD surface definitions, and PLM development tracking.
15. Coordinate resources for sample production and manage corresponding schedules.

1. Minimum educational background of Bac +2/3 in Fashion and Leather Goods or Model Maker Designer.
2. Significant experience in product development, ranging from 5 to 7 years.

1. Mastery of all stages of luxury leather goods or garment manufacturing.
2. Ability to understand and translate sketches into tangible products.
3. Proficiency in CAD tools and technical data management.
4. Strong cooperative and teamwork spirit.
5. Creativity and innovation in design.

7. Natural reactivity and adaptability to rapid fashion adjustments.
8. Meticulous attention to detail.

5 to 7 years of significant experience in product development within the luxury fashion or leather goods industry.
