1. Lead and manage a team of approximately twenty direct reports, including Model Makers, Prototype Makers, Logistics Agents, and Flow Managers.
2. Ensure the timely delivery of prototypes to the studio, adhering to client commitments.
3. Coordinate material and human resources to align with the studio's design wishes.
4. Facilitate meetings, distribute workloads, and implement necessary technical means.
5. Oversee the annual calendar of the design workshop, ensuring timely delivery of trials, models, and prototypes.
6. Identify and address delays, quality issues, or overloads, proposing alternative solutions.
7. Enhance team performance in terms of quality, productivity, and safety.
8. Conduct annual performance reviews and foster skill development within the team.

1. Advanced degree (BAC+5) in a relevant field.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Demonstrated experience in team management within a production environment, preferably in the fashion or luxury sector.
