- Coordinate and implement training programs for boutique teams.
- Prepare and deliver training sessions focused on collections and new employee onboarding to ensure alignment with key messaging.
- Adapt training content to meet the specific needs of boutiques based on feedback from managers and sales teams.
- Collect and share feedback from boutiques with the Fashion Training Team in Italy.
- Develop training plans in collaboration with Sales Managers.
- Organize and schedule training calendars within each boutique.
- Contribute to the development of individual action plans aimed at enhancing the customer experience.
- Ensure the development of strategic projects and lead training sessions in boutiques.
- Promote the use of digital tools for training purposes.
- Support boutique specialists in enriching and co-leading training sessions and morning briefings.
- Facilitate the integration of new hires and monitor team performance on the floor to ensure training effectiveness.
- Conduct regular qualitative and quantitative reporting of activities at the boutique and training team levels, developing KPIs to measure the effectiveness of actions.
- Coordinate Boutique Trainer Ambassadors.
- Participate in boutique management committees, Fashion Training Team meetings, and Train the Trainer sessions for new content.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury retail, preferably in a training role.
- Experience in coaching is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to balance operational tasks with strategic vision and a strong results orientation.
- Natural leadership and strong listening skills.
- Keen observation and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Sensitivity to customer experience and a multicultural approach.
- Proficiency in English and digital tools.
A minimum of 5 years in luxury retail, with a preference for roles involving training and coaching.
