- Define and implement the boutique's training strategy in collaboration with the Fashion Training Team in France.
- Coordinate and deploy educational materials and information in the boutique.
- Facilitate training sessions on collections and onboarding for new employees to ensure message alignment.
- Adapt training content to the boutique's needs based on manager requests, team feedback, and field observations.
- Centralize and communicate boutique feedback to the Fashion Training Team in France.
- Establish the team's training plan in collaboration with the Human Resources Manager.
- Propose and organize a training calendar in the boutique based on new developments, needs, and boutique schedules.
- Participate in the deployment of customer experience action plans in the boutique.
- Ensure the effective implementation of strategic projects such as IN CHANEL, CHANEL et MOI.
- Conduct training sessions in the boutique or at the Fashion School.
- Engage boutique specialists to enrich and co-facilitate training sessions.
- Oversee the integration of new employees and organize individual coaching sessions.
- Validate knowledge acquisition through field observation post-training.
- Provide regular qualitative and quantitative activity reports and establish indicators to measure action effectiveness.
- Coordinate the boutique's training ambassadors.
- Participate in the France retail committees and contribute to major skill development projects.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong observational and active listening skills.
- Proven experience in field coaching and training.
- Result-oriented with excellent synthesis skills.
- Strong sensitivity to customer experience and a multicultural approach.
- Curious and passionate about human development.
- Appreciates teamwork and is proactive.
- Proficiency in English and digital tools.
- Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite.
A minimum of five years in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry, with a focus on training and development.
