Chanel Learning Manager

- Coordinate the deployment of training programs within the boutique in collaboration with the Fashion Education France team.
- Develop and adapt training content to meet boutique needs based on manager requests and field observations.
- Facilitate communication and feedback between the boutique and the Fashion Education team.
- Establish and manage training plans for boutique teams in collaboration with Managers and Human Resources.
- Organize and execute a training calendar aligned with boutique needs and new product launches.
- Ensure the effective deployment and mastery of boutique tools such as Inchanel and MyBoutiqueApp.
- Conduct training sessions in the boutique or at the Fashion School, focusing on collections and onboarding.
- Engage boutique specialists to enrich and co-facilitate training sessions.
- Support the integration of new team members and organize individual coaching as needed.
- Provide regular qualitative and quantitative activity reports to the boutique and Fashion Education team.
- Participate in retail committees and Learning community seminars.
- Contribute to major skill development projects focusing on client experience and style expertise.
- Proven experience in field coaching, feedback provision, and action plan development.
- Strong observational and active listening skills.
- Result-oriented with a strong ability to synthesize information.
- Cultural sensitivity and a strong passion for human relations.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in digital tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and propose innovative solutions.
Significant experience in training and development within the luxury fashion sector, with a focus on team development and client experience.
