1. Coordinate the deployment of training in boutiques in collaboration with the Fashion Education France team.
2. Prepare training for collections to ensure message alignment.
3. Adapt training content to boutique needs based on manager requests and field observations.
4. Centralize and communicate feedback between the boutique and Fashion Education team.
5. Establish training plans for teams in collaboration with Managers and Human Resources.
6. Organize a training calendar based on new products, needs, and boutique schedules.
7. Ensure the deployment and mastery of boutique tools (Inchanel, MyBoutiqueApp, etc.).
8. Conduct training sessions in boutiques or at the Fashion School.
9. Engage boutique specialists to enrich and co-host training sessions.
10. Support new team member integration and organize individual coaching as needed.
11. Provide regular activity reports and implement indicators to measure action effectiveness.
12. Coordinate and lead boutique referents.
13. Participate in retail France committees and Learning community seminars.

2. Experience in field coaching and training.

5. Curiosity and passion for human development.
6. Appreciation for teamwork and proactive attitude.

1. Fluency in English.
2. Proficiency in digital tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience in field coaching, feedback, and action plan development.
