- Coordinate and implement training programs for boutique staff.
- Prepare and conduct training sessions focused on collections and onboarding of new hires, ensuring alignment with key messaging.
- Adapt training content to meet the specific needs of boutiques based on feedback from managers and sales teams.
- Collect feedback from boutiques and share insights with the Fashion Training Team in Italy.
- Develop a resource training plan in collaboration with Sales Managers.
- Organize and plan a training calendar for each boutique.
- Participate in the development of individual action plans to enhance customer experience in boutiques.
- Ensure the development of strategic projects.
- Facilitate training sessions within boutiques.
- Promote the use of digital tools for training purposes.
- Support boutique specialists in enriching and co-facilitating training sessions and morning briefings.
- Organize the integration of new staff members.
- Monitor and support the team on the floor to ensure training effectiveness and organize individual coaching sessions.
- Conduct regular qualitative and quantitative activity reports at the boutique and Italian training team levels, developing KPIs to measure the effectiveness of actions taken.
- Coordinate the Trainer Ambassadors of the boutiques.
- Participate in the Boutique Executive Committee, Fashion Training Team meetings, and Train the Trainer sessions on new training content.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the luxury retail sector, preferably as a trainer.
- Experience in coaching is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to balance operational tasks with strategic vision, with a strong result-oriented mindset.
- Natural leadership and strong listening skills.
- Keen observation skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent teamwork capabilities.
- Sensitivity to customer experience and a multicultural approach.
- Proficiency in English and digital tools.
At least 5 years of experience in luxury retail, with a preference for roles involving training.
