1. Coordinate and implement training programs for boutique staff.
2. Prepare and conduct training sessions focused on collections and new employee onboarding.
3. Adapt training content to meet the specific needs of boutiques based on feedback from managers and sales teams.
4. Collect and share boutique feedback with the Fashion Training Team in Italy.
5. Develop training plans in collaboration with Sales Managers.
6. Organize and schedule training calendars for each boutique.
7. Contribute to the development of individual action plans to enhance client experiences.
8. Ensure the development of strategic projects.
9. Facilitate in-boutique training sessions.
10. Promote the use of digital tools for training purposes.
11. Support boutique specialists in enriching and co-facilitating training sessions and morning briefings.
12. Organize the integration process for new hires.
13. Monitor and support the team on the floor to ensure training effectiveness and organize individual coaching sessions.
14. Conduct regular qualitative and quantitative activity reports, developing KPIs to measure the effectiveness of actions.
15. Coordinate Boutique Trainer Ambassadors.
16. Participate in Boutique Executive Committee meetings, Fashion Training Team meetings, and Train the Trainer sessions on new content.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in the luxury retail sector, preferably as a trainer.
2. Experience in coaching is preferred.
