1. Develop sales and customer service skills of sales advisors to align with brand ambassador mindset.
2. Coordinate and manage schedules for various training programs, including career trainings and Imagine CHANEL.
3. Create both physical and digital training materials.
4. Prepare and implement on-the-job training in collaboration with boutique management.
5. Manage and promote content for the learning app INSIDE WFJ, including preparation, publication, and data analysis.
6. Handle administrative tasks such as expense processing and equipment management.

1. Proven experience in training and development within the luxury retail sector.
2. Strong understanding of brand strategy and customer service excellence.
3. Ability to create engaging training materials and programs.

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury retail industry, preferably in watches and fine jewelry.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or a related field.
