- Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires, including preparation of welcome kits, scheduling of meetings and training sessions, and tracking onboarding progress.
- Organize in-store training sessions across various roles.
- Recommend personalized e-Learning pathways and update digital training tools.
- Monitor Learning KPIs in collaboration with Sales, Operations, and Client Marketing teams.
- Provide sales floor support as needed.
- Collaborate with HR and Learning Managers to develop and track training plans.
- Manage training registrations and participation, analyzing relevant KPIs.
- Develop and facilitate boutique-specific training workshops and follow-up on pre/post-training activities.
- Maintain administrative records of training registrations and individual training plans.
- Organize Learning workshops and send invitations for coaching sessions.
- Prepare briefs and materials for Learning committees and retail team meetings.
- Ensure maintenance of Learning tools and equipment in the boutique.
- Previous experience in training, digital, or innovation sectors.
- Interest in fashion and retail.
- Experience in sales is advantageous.
- Dynamic and service-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Analytical and structured approach to tasks.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, comfortable interfacing with retail teams.
- Fluent in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Previous experience in training, digital, or innovation sectors is required. Experience in sales is considered a plus.
