- Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires, including preparation of welcome kits and scheduling of training sessions.
- Organize in-store training sessions across various roles.
- Recommend personalized IFL training paths and maintain updated listings.
- Monitor InCHANEL KPIs in collaboration with Operations and Client Marketing.
- Provide sales floor support as needed based on store organization.
- Collaborate with HR and Learning Manager to develop training plans.
- Track training participation and analyze KPIs.
- Develop and facilitate boutique-specific training workshops.
- Manage training registrations and update individual training plans.
- Organize Learning Partner workshops and send invitations for coaching sessions.
- Previous experience in training, digital, or innovation sectors.
- Interest in fashion and retail.
- Experience in sales is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective retail team interaction.
- Fluency in English.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Dynamic and service-oriented with a high level of rigor.
A foundational experience in training, digital, or innovation, with a keen interest in fashion and retail. Prior sales experience is a plus.
Interns will receive a comprehensive onboarding program, including training on the history and products of the Maison.
