1. Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires, including preparation of welcome kits and scheduling of training sessions.
2. Organize in-store training sessions across various roles.
3. Recommend personalized IFL training paths and maintain updated listings.
4. Monitor InCHANEL KPIs in collaboration with Operations and Client Marketing.
5. Provide sales floor support as needed based on store organization.
6. Collaborate with HR and Learning Manager to develop training plans.
7. Track training participation and analyze KPIs.
8. Develop and facilitate boutique-specific training workshops.
9. Manage training registrations and update individual training plans.
10. Organize Learning Partner workshops and send invitations for coaching sessions.

1. Previous experience in training, digital, or innovation sectors.
2. Interest in fashion and retail.
3. Experience in sales is advantageous.

1. Strong interpersonal skills for effective retail team interaction.
2. Fluency in English.
3. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
4. Dynamic and service-oriented with a high level of rigor.

A foundational experience in training, digital, or innovation, with a keen interest in fashion and retail. Prior sales experience is a plus.

Interns will receive a comprehensive onboarding program, including training on the history and products of the Maison.
