1. Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires, including preparation of welcome kits and scheduling of training sessions.
2. Organize in-store training sessions across various roles.
3. Recommend and update personalized IFL learning paths and track progress.
4. Monitor InCHANEL KPIs in collaboration with Operations and Client Marketing.
5. Provide sales floor support as needed.
6. Collaborate with HR and Learning Manager to develop training plans.
7. Track training participation and analyze KPIs.
8. Develop and conduct boutique-specific training workshops.
9. Manage administrative tasks related to training registrations and updates.
10. Prepare and distribute invitations for coaching and product expertise sessions.

1. Previous experience in training, digital, or innovation sectors.
2. Interest in fashion and retail.
3. Experience in sales is advantageous.

1. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with retail teams.
2. Fluent in English.
3. Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
4. Dynamic and service-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Previous experience in training, digital, or innovation sectors is required. Experience in sales is a plus.

Interns will receive a comprehensive onboarding experience, including training on Chanel's history and products.
