1. Contribute to the development of a comprehensive training catalog to enhance the skills of TECH team members.
2. Design and format engaging training materials.
3. Organize both physical and online training events, promoting the TECH Academy.
4. Assist in fostering the global Learning TECH community.
5. Animate the TECH Academy page on BLOOM to keep it engaging and up-to-date.
6. Manage relationships with the video production team.
7. Develop and produce monthly informational newsletters.
8. Stay informed on the latest trends in TECH Learning.

1. Over 3 years of experience in learning and project management.
2. Strong communication and pedagogical skills.
3. Mastery of communication design tools.
4. Solid understanding of IT subjects and a keen interest in TECH topics.
5. Proficient in Microsoft tools (SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
6. Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and French.
