- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for the distribution network in alignment with business strategy and needs.
- Collaborate with boutique management to create tailored content and adapt global and European materials.
- Design and deliver Core Business and High-End product training, as well as technical sales training for Retail Watches and Jewelry teams.
- Manage the digital learning platform for France, including content updates, module additions, and KPI tracking.
- Conduct operational follow-up of the training plan and post-experience evaluations.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with external training organizations.
- Oversee the training budget.
- Animate and train the wholesale reference community through digital meetings, newsletters, and morning briefs.
- Support the Wholesale Manager during field visits to train on-site teams.
- Develop a bespoke engagement plan for the wholesale reference community.
- Coach boutique staff in preparation for mystery shopping evaluations and essential sales steps.
- Evaluate after-sales interactions to identify areas for improvement using practical exercises and role-playing.
- Minimum of 5-10 years of successful experience in Learning or a managerial field role.
- Knowledge of instructional design and training facilitation.
- Familiarity with the luxury environment, particularly in Watches and Jewelry.
- Proven organizational skills, attention to detail, and initiative.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a service-oriented mindset.
- Fluency in English.
