1. Design and coordinate the development and deployment of soft skills training content across France, with a focus on global integration.
2. Anticipate business needs and enhance existing training offerings in alignment with Chanel's strategic objectives.
3. Facilitate the planning, execution, and tracking of Learning Experience team projects, ensuring resource availability and project success.
4. Coordinate and communicate effectively among project stakeholders, organizing meetings and training sessions to foster collaboration.
5. Lead the Learning community to create synergies for optimal learning experiences and skill development.
6. Develop and deliver new corporate training programs, aligning with industry trends and Chanel's culture.
7. Ensure effective deployment of training programs through continuous communication with the service center.
8. Innovate and promote new learning methodologies, particularly digital, to enhance program impact.
9. Promote a culture of learning through various initiatives within Chanel.

1. Minimum of 10 years of experience in developing learning cultures, either in consultancy or within a Learning department.
2. Proven project management skills with a creative and proactive approach.
3. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

3. Ability to innovate and adapt to new learning technologies and methodologies.
4. Proficiency in managing complex projects and stakeholder relationships.
