- Design and coordinate the development and deployment of soft skills training content across France, with a focus on global integration.
- Anticipate business needs and enhance existing training offerings in alignment with Chanel's strategic objectives.
- Facilitate the planning, execution, and tracking of Learning Experience team projects, ensuring resource availability and project success.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively among project stakeholders, organizing meetings and training sessions to foster collaboration.
- Lead the Learning community to create synergies for optimal learning experiences and skill development.
- Develop and deliver new corporate training programs, aligning with industry trends and Chanel's culture.
- Ensure effective deployment of training programs through continuous communication with the service center.
- Innovate and promote new learning methodologies, particularly digital, to enhance program impact.
- Promote a culture of learning through various initiatives within Chanel.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in developing learning cultures, either in consultancy or within a Learning department.
- Proven project management skills with a creative and proactive approach.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong leadership and facilitation skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
- Ability to innovate and adapt to new learning technologies and methodologies.
- Proficiency in managing complex projects and stakeholder relationships.
A minimum of 10 years in learning culture development, with experience in training program design and facilitation of collective intelligence.
