- Define a comprehensive view of learning needs within the Fashion Division, aligning with strategic business objectives.
- Curate and develop relevant learning content to enhance boutique talents' identification with the brand.
- Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders in Asia Pacific and globally to prioritize learning needs.
- Design and deploy learning solutions in partnership with regional and local stakeholders.
- Ensure the integration of classroom, floor practice, and coaching in learning programs.
- Lead the transformation of the training team into a Learning and Development team.
- Manage and inspire a community of Retail and Learning Development Partners.
- Identify KPIs for training and learning, and regularly review through benchmarking.
- Champion change management in learning and development initiatives.
- Bachelor's or postgraduate qualification.
- Over 10 years of combined experience in retail, training, or learning and development.
- Experience in a business or retail leadership role is advantageous.
- Proficiency in external trends in training, learning, customer service, and digital methods.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams across all organizational levels.
- Strong facilitation and training delivery skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership influencing skills.
- Strategic communication skills across markets and with global partners.
- Strong planning, change management, and project management skills.
More than 10 years of combined work experience in retail, training, and/or learning and development. Experience in a business or retail leadership role is an advantage.
Bachelor's or postgraduate qualification.
