1. Define and implement the Learning & Development and Digital Learning strategy.
2. Develop and oversee the roadmap, ensuring effective mission follow-up and budget management.
3. Cultivate a learning culture and enhance the learner experience through impactful programs and digital tools.
4. Establish a strategy for measuring learning impact and strengthen data culture through KPI monitoring and action plans.
5. Foster synergies across various teams, including digital, innovation, transformation, HR, and corporate divisions.

1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

2. Innovative mindset with a constant focus on learning trends, media, communication, and tools.
3. Creativity, rigor, and dynamism.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Proficiency in project management and stakeholder coordination.
6. Fluency in English.
7. Teamwork orientation.

A minimum of 4 years in a similar learning and development role, with a proven ability to lead and innovate in educational strategies.
