Chanel Learning and Development Coordinator

- Support the operational deployment of the Skills Development Plan for teams, including organizing and implementing training actions such as space reservations, catering, and welcoming providers.
- Oversee the billing process and manage administrative files in collaboration with the Training HUB.
- Facilitate communication with training partners.
- Organize onboarding processes for new hires in the fashion division, including managing listings, mailings, and invitations.
- Coordinate onboarding sessions, including space reservations, catering, and participant reception.
- Engage relevant stakeholders as needed for session organization.
- Manage administrative tasks and attendance sheets.
- Assist the team and employees with Learning tools, addressing operational questions, content creation, and data monitoring.
- Provide operational support for various Learning & Development projects.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Team-oriented mindset.
- Operational management of training programs.
- Agility in handling diverse subjects and projects.
- Proficiency in both written and oral communication.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
Experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry is preferred.
A degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field is preferred.
