1. Support the operational deployment of the Skills Development Plan for teams, including organizing and implementing training actions such as space reservations, catering, and welcoming providers.
2. Oversee the billing process and manage administrative files in collaboration with the Training HUB.
3. Facilitate communication with training partners.
4. Organize onboarding processes for new hires in the fashion division, including managing listings, mailings, and invitations.
5. Coordinate onboarding sessions, including space reservations, catering, and participant reception.
6. Engage relevant stakeholders as needed for session organization.
7. Manage administrative tasks and attendance sheets.
8. Assist the team and employees with Learning tools, addressing operational questions, content creation, and data monitoring.
9. Provide operational support for various Learning & Development projects.

Experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry is preferred.

A degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field is preferred.
