2. Assist in deploying training programs and animating communities while creating content.
3. Enhance employee belonging to Chanel's culture through seminar organization.
4. Monitor and follow up on training registrations.
5. Organize and facilitate events, both in-person and digitally.
6. Track and analyze KPIs to optimize Learning & Development initiatives.
7. Create diverse training content for digital platforms and in-person events.
8. Animate Learning communities across Europe to stimulate skill development and brand excellence.

1. Soon-to-be graduate with a BAC +4 or BAC +5 degree.
2. Curious, with strong interpersonal skills and open-mindedness.
3. Proficient in project and event management.
4. Good command of digital tools and Excel.
5. Recognized for rigor, responsiveness, and organizational skills.
6. Pragmatic with attention to detail.
7. Bilingual in English.
