1. Implement the Learning strategy and talent development pathways, including organizing onboarding seminars for new employees.
2. Assist in the deployment of training programs and the animation of learning communities.
3. Create and enhance training content for digital platforms and in-person events.
4. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to optimize Learning & Development initiatives.
5. Organize and facilitate both physical and digital events.
6. Contribute to the animation of Learning communities across Europe to stimulate skill development and brand excellence.

1. Upcoming graduate with a degree equivalent to BAC +4 or BAC +5.
2. Bilingual proficiency in English.
3. Experience in instructional design or Learning design is advantageous.

1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
2. Proficiency in digital tools.
3. Project and event management capabilities.
4. Attention to detail and organizational skills.
5. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Previous experience in instructional design or Learning design is a plus.

Pursuing a degree equivalent to BAC +4 or BAC +5.
