1. Develop blended learning training materials on Product & Brand Expertise, including articles, digital modules, workshop materials, and train-the-trainer sessions.
2. Facilitate the deployment of training content across regions and markets via dedicated learning platforms.
3. Monitor and report on the quantitative and qualitative deployment of training assets by regions and markets.
4. Organize and ensure the smooth execution of international Education community training events, such as seminars and exchange forums with key regions and markets.

1. Previous experience in a Training, Marketing, or Communication team.
2. Retail experience is advantageous.
3. Strong affinity for the Luxury and Horlogerie-Joaillerie sectors.

1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
2. Creative and innovative approach to learning and working.
3. Strong project management and organizational skills.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital media solutions.
5. Fluent in English, with a preference for working in an international and multicultural environment.

A minimum of one year of relevant experience in a Training, Marketing, or Communication role.

Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
