1. Assist in the development and deployment of blended learning strategies combining digital and in-person training initiatives.
2. Support the creation of engaging digital learning materials, including videos, e-learning modules, infographics, and interactive content.
3. Manage and update content on Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other digital training platforms.
4. Analyze learning engagement data and provide insights for continuous improvement.
5. Design training materials, presentations, and toolkits to support learning initiatives.
6. Collaborate with subject matter experts to transform knowledge into effective and engaging learning resources.
7. Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across training content.
8. Provide technical and logistical support for trainers conducting virtual and in-person sessions.
9. Support the coordination and implementation of training events and workshops.
10. Troubleshoot technical issues related to digital learning tools and platforms.
11. Gather and analyze feedback from learners to enhance training effectiveness.

1. Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Learning & Development, Instructional Design, Digital Learning, or a related field.
2. Passion for the luxury, beauty, and fragrance industries.
3. Strong interest in learning technologies, instructional design, and digital training solutions.

1. Creative mindset with an eye for detail and design.
2. Proficient in multimedia tools such as Adobe Suite, Canva, and video editing software.
3. Familiarity with learning platforms like LMS and e-learning authoring tools.
4. Strong organizational and project management skills.
5. Excellent communication skills in English and other relevant languages.

No prior experience required, but a strong interest in learning technologies and the luxury industry is essential.

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
