1. Design and implement scaled Agile frameworks within Chanel's Information Systems Division for the Fashion sector.
2. Diagnose organizational, technical, and legacy constraints to propose tailored agility models that enhance value delivery and business/IT alignment.
3. Facilitate co-construction workshops with business and IT teams to clarify challenges, map value streams, and co-create organizational evolutions.
4. Guide teams in adopting and implementing scaled Agile practices, including dependency management, synchronization, and Agile release train management.
5. Develop strategies for integrating legacy applications with new digital products, ensuring coherence and time-to-market efficiency.
6. Define and track key performance indicators with the Value Management Office to measure flow metrics, lead time, throughput, and customer satisfaction.
7. Promote a culture of continuous improvement, experimentation, and collective learning through retrospectives and improvement forums.
8. Act as a facilitator during PI Planning and key ceremonies, identifying and addressing obstacles to Agile adoption.

1. Minimum of 8 years of experience in Agile coaching and transformation at scale, preferably in complex, hybrid legacy/digital environments.
2. Proven expertise in major scaled Agile frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, Spotify, and Nexus, with the ability to adapt them to specific corporate contexts.
3. Strong understanding of project portfolio management, multidisciplinary team synchronization, and delivery industrialization.
4. Experience in guiding Agile transformations in high-stakes technical and organizational contexts, including cloud migration and legacy modernization.

1. Collaborative leadership and pedagogical skills to engage business and IT teams across varying levels of Agile maturity.
2. Proficiency in Agile management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, and flow metrics tools.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust, challenge constructively, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
4. Fluency in English to support international teams within the Group.

Significant experience in Agile coaching and transformation at scale, ideally within complex, hybrid legacy/digital environments.
