- Define, document, and implement the QA strategy for the entire information system, covering custom digital applications, software packages, and legacy systems.
- Select, deploy, and maintain testing platforms/tools ensuring compatibility with technical environments (web, mobile, Java, software packages).
- Develop standards, methods, and QA processes to be applied across all tech and business squads.
- Facilitate the implementation of test automation and ensure the sharing of frameworks and best practices.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of test campaigns (integration, non-regression, performance) within the Factory squads and business teams.
- Ensure the quality, traceability, and reproducibility of test results, and produce and analyze QA metrics.
- Collaborate with stakeholders (Product Owners, Developers, Operators, Business) to prioritize and resolve anomalies.
- Work in synergy with the Software Architect to ensure the testability of architectures and the integration of testing tools.
- Participate in architectural reviews, challenging technical choices from a quality and test automation perspective.
- Conduct technological watch and continuous improvement on QA processes and testing platform performance.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in leading software QA, ideally in hybrid contexts (digital/software packages, legacy).
- Proficiency in testing tools and platforms (Selenium, Appium, JMeter, Jenkins, TestRail), testing methodologies (ISTQB, TMap), and automation.
- Expertise in implementing integration, non-regression, performance, and load tests on Java, web, mobile, and software package stacks.
- Ability to define a cross-functional QA vision, animate communities, and unite multidisciplinary teams.
- Result-oriented, meticulous, pedagogical, and service-oriented.
