1. Lead and develop a team of technical project managers specializing in complex project management, including bespoke developments, software implementations, and cloud migrations.
2. Ensure skill enhancement, support, and evaluation of technical project managers through best practices sharing and workload management.
3. Directly oversee strategic or high-stakes projects for Chanel Mode.
4. Guarantee planning, coordination, and operational tracking of all technical projects within the portfolio, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
5. Manage technical aspects such as network infrastructure, servers, identity management, middleware, and security.
6. Synchronize multi-domain projects, manage dependencies, and ensure compliance with architectural standards.
7. Define and continuously improve PMO methodologies (agile, V-cycle, hybrid) tailored to various project types.
8. Control project milestones, budgets, timelines, resources, and commitments.
9. Implement tracking tools and performance indicators, including dashboards and risk management plans.
10. Identify, assess, and manage project risks, and ensure proactive communication with stakeholders.
11. Organize and lead steering committees and portfolio reviews in collaboration with the VMO and business domains.
12. Promote a culture of value, continuous improvement, and user satisfaction within technical projects.
13. Encourage knowledge sharing, methodological vigilance, and innovation in project management.

1. Proven experience (minimum 10 years) in managing complex IT projects/portfolios, including modern technology development and software deployment/evolution.
2. Demonstrated leadership in developing and enhancing the skills of technical project management teams.
3. Expertise in technical challenges: network infrastructure, servers, cloud, identity management, middleware, and security.
4. Proficiency in multi-project management, budget oversight, and risk control in international or multi-brand environments.
5. Mastery of project methodologies (agile, V-cycle, hybrid) and management tools (MS Project, Jira, ServiceNow, Clarity).
6. Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including IT, business, technical experts, and external partners.
7. Fluency in English is essential for managing projects and teams in an international context.
