Language and Customer Communication Specialist

1. Validate and translate product and campaign texts for Fashion, Watches & Fine Jewellery, and Fragrance & Beauty sectors.
2. Coordinate text formats with local departments such as Marketing, CRM, Media, Training, PR, and Legal.
3. Develop and maintain linguistic guidelines.
4. Respond to inquiries from Chanel's customer service in Paris and coordinate local product complaints.

1. Completed studies or training with a focus on translation, language, culture & translation, French literature, linguistics, or international communication.

1. Excellent proficiency in German, French, and English, both written and spoken.
2. Digital competence and proficiency in MS Office.
3. Creative experience with AI in localization.

Relevant professional experience with languages in a professional environment, such as translation or copywriting.
