Chanel Laboratory Maintenance Technician

- Ensure the proper functioning of laboratory installations and provide necessary support to users.
- Adhere to Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental policies, ensuring compliance with current procedures and instructions.
- Conduct and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance actions for laboratory equipment, enhancing and optimizing their performance.
- Control and troubleshoot installations, manage maintenance contracts, and provide technical support during regulatory inspections.
- Maintain and update requests in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), ensuring effective communication with various site laboratories.
- Oversee maintenance actions for laboratory utilities, including special fluids, gas production and storage, and analytical effluent treatment.
- Apply 5S Quality principles in shared spaces such as laboratory zones, technical rooms, and mechanical workshops.
- Actively participate in the site's Health, Safety, and Environment initiatives, reporting anomalies and ensuring compliance with safety rules.
- Supervise external service providers, preparing and managing regulatory documents and post-work reports.
- Contribute to the documentation and traceability of all interventions, including updates to plans and modifications.
- Participate in cross-functional working groups and implement resulting actions.
- Technical diploma (Bac +2/3) in maintenance, electricity, or mechanics.
- Strong technical knowledge in electricity, automation, air conditioning, electronics, pneumatics, and mechanics.
- Excellent service orientation, reactivity, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with computer tools.
5 to 10 years of experience in maintenance and safety within related sectors such as pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, or food processing.
Technical diploma (Bac +2/3) in maintenance, electricity, or mechanics.
