Chanel Knitwear Production Coordinator

- Coordinate and animate manufacturers to achieve production objectives.
- Develop and manage delivery schedules for each collection.
- Monitor and challenge delivery timelines.
- Oversee accessory and haberdashery supply management with manufacturers.
- Ensure the follow-up of special processes and embroidery.
- Gain insights into manufacturing tools through partner visits.
- Report production progress to the Knitwear Production Manager and communicate alerts to relevant departments and manufacturers.
- Conduct delivery analyses and propose optimization strategies for tools and KPIs.
- Analyze performance indicators and measure production performance.
- Actively contribute to the initiation of new projects aimed at improving production performance.
- Participate in regular operational meetings, including Manufacturer Committees and Production Forums.
- Bachelor's degree plus five years of relevant experience.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with strong analytical and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in English, French, and Italian.
- Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
A minimum of five years of professional experience in a related field is required.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
