1. Perform in-house quality control and repair services for Chanel watches.
2. Conduct quality control checks for existing stock, consignment, new shipments, and client watches upon request.
3. Complete a comprehensive quality control checklist for each watch.
4. Provide expert advice and service proposals on defective pieces.
5. Diagnose non-working watches and prepare detailed diagnostic reports.
6. Offer service proposals in accordance with professional standards.
7. Execute watch repairs upon approval and ensure all functional aspects are restored to factory standards.
8. Provide technical advice to internal and external customers on product quality and functionality.
9. Monitor key performance indicators to ensure efficient quality repairs in line with service level agreements.
10. Identify and report quality issues encountered during repairs.
11. Work in accordance with global guidelines and proactively suggest enhancements to improve efficiency and productivity.

1. ITE graduate or holder of a Higher Nitec in Precision Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
2. Fluency in English.

1. Proficiency in IT systems and ability to navigate across platforms and channels.
2. Excellent attention to detail and good eyesight.
3. Strong organizational skills and neatness.
4. Patience, concentration, and perseverance.
5. Dynamic work ethic and reliability.

Open to fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of experience in watch repair.

ITE graduate or Higher Nitec in Precision Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
