1. Maintain and update the project portfolio in collaboration with the project team.
2. Monitor project design and delivery timelines with the team.
3. Prepare communication materials for project steering committees.
4. Assist in formalizing projects for scoping prior to launch.
5. Track team workload and allocate tasks based on technical expertise.
6. Coordinate administrative follow-up, including orders, receipts, and internal re-billings.

1. Enrolled in a Master's program (BAC+4/5) at an engineering school, university, or business school.
2. Ideally, possess initial work experience in a corporate setting.

1. Strong interest in new technologies, particularly AI and digital transformation.
2. Curiosity, rigor, efficiency, and dynamism with strong analytical and synthesis skills.
3. Proficiency in IT tools such as Excel and PowerPoint.
4. Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Preferably some initial experience in a corporate environment related to technology or project management.

Master's degree in progress from an engineering school, university, or business school.
