- Lead or contribute to comprehensive transformation projects for bags and small leather goods, from components to packaging, in collaboration with operational teams.
- Manage the transformation of fabrics and associated finished products, ensuring the execution and operational follow-up of tests.
- Contribute to the deployment of the responsible metal policy with suppliers.
- Act as the reference for a panel of manufacturers and suppliers of metal parts, ensuring operational follow-up of ongoing projects, including data collection for the leather goods carbon footprint.
- Create, analyze, and formalize collection indicators for internal distribution and presentation.
- Participate in the automation of indicators in Power BI, in collaboration with IT teams.
- Bachelor's degree +5 or equivalent.
- Interest in sustainable development.
- Strong product sensitivity, particularly in fashion accessories.
- Proficiency in IT tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Fluency in French and English; Italian is a plus.
- Attention to detail, curiosity, pragmatism, teamwork, and excellent interpersonal skills.
Relevant experience in project management or a related field, with a focus on sustainable practices in the fashion industry.
Bachelor's degree +5 or equivalent.
