Chanel Junior Project Manager, Fragrance Education

- Develop pedagogical tools for fragrance expertise, both online and offline, to support the global sales force.
- Ensure the successful deployment and rollout of the fragrance expertise program in various markets using key performance indicators.
- Create specific content to sustain the community's expertise over the long term.
- Oversee marketing campaigns related to fragrance expertise and develop appropriate training tools.
- Contribute to the creation of differentiated and specific customer experiences, including connected services and masterclasses.
- Maintain communication with the international community of trainers and ensure the dissemination and follow-up of pedagogical tools.
- Participate in organizing and animating global retail education events in collaboration with the Fragrance Laboratory and Marketing.
- Degree from a business school, communication institute, political studies institute, or perfumery school.
- Significant initial experience in the fragrance category.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent listening and interpersonal skills.
- Dynamic, rigorous, organized, creative, autonomous, and proactive.
- Strong project management skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, with a preference for InDesign and Photoshop.
- Aptitude for digital tools.
Previous experience in sales within the fragrance/beauty sector is advantageous.
Degree from a business school, communication institute, political studies institute, or perfumery school.
