1. Develop educational tools related to Fragrance Expertise for global sales teams.
2. Create and manage learning journeys and project timelines.
3. Monitor deployment and rollout of the Fragrance Expertise program using KPIs.
4. Create content to enhance long-term expertise within the community.
5. Brief and manage marketing campaigns for training tools.
6. Contribute to the creation of unique customer experiences and related educational tools.
7. Maintain awareness of luxury industry trends to propose new ideas.
8. Communicate and support the international community of trainers.
9. Participate in organizing and animating global retail education events.

1. Degree from a Business School, Communication School, Institute of Political Studies, or Perfumery School.
2. Significant initial experience in the fragrance category.

1. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
2. Strong listening and interpersonal abilities.
3. Dynamic, organized, creative, autonomous, and team-oriented.
4. Strong project management skills.
5. Fluent in English.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint (InDesign and Photoshop are a plus).
7. Strong digital tool proficiency.

Experience in sales within the fragrance/beauty sector is a plus.
