1. Coordinate with manufacturers to oversee the development of collections.
2. Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless collection development.
3. Manage the codification and nomenclature of collection models.
4. Maintain collection boards and support pricing strategy development.
5. Ensure consistency in collection development billing.
6. Conduct ongoing research on strategic product categories.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles or environments.

1. Strong product sensitivity and fashion culture.
2. Analytical and synthesis skills.
3. Advanced proficiency in IT tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, PLM, BI, and preferably Photoshop.
4. Fluency in French and ideally Italian, or willingness to learn quickly.
5. Positive energy, team spirit, and a passion for challenges.

A minimum of 3 years in similar roles or environments, excluding internships.
