- Draft detailed technical and functional specifications for projects.
- Develop test plans and conduct both technical and functional testing.
- Document various aspects of projects, including training materials and technical documents.
- Conduct training sessions for different applications.
- Participate in second-level support, including ticket management and resolution.
- Apply appropriate project methodologies and communicate expectations to contributors.
- Facilitate communication between business and IT teams.
- Supervise project development and report progress.
- Prepare deliverable validations with business and technical stakeholders.
- Identify and propose solutions for risks and issues.
- Define, schedule, and execute testing, ensuring thorough acceptance testing.
- Analyze test results, resolve issues, and optimize products.
- Organize production deployment and oversee training and documentation creation.
- Collect information on potential anomalies or improvement ideas and address these issues.
- First experience in IT project management.
- Ability to work autonomously and with precision.
- Proactive in proposing solutions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management processes and methodologies.
- Familiarity with IT project-specific methodologies.
