Junior IT Project Manager

The Innovate, Develop & Purchase (IDP) Department at Chanel consists of various professions including Innovation, Packaging Development and Approval, Packaging and Event Purchasing, Cosmetic Raw Material Purchasing, and Subcontracting Purchasing.

1. Draft test specifications
2. Organize and coordinate test sessions, ensuring process compliance and engaging the key-user community
3. Contribute to the drafting of training manuals, ensuring clarity and accuracy
4. Participate in user training in collaboration with key-users to ensure optimal understanding of tools and processes
5. Monitor and track bugs based on their criticality
6. Assist users according to the complexity of requests
7. Follow simple IT projects (implementation and evolutions)

1. Initial training in engineering or business school, complemented by a first successful experience, ideally in consulting
2. Basic knowledge of Purchasing and Packaging professions, as well as associated IT tools (ERP, PLM, etc.)

1. Proven ability to draft clear and structured documents, such as test plans and training manuals
2. Rigor, dynamism, and adaptability to a constantly evolving environment
3. Ability to learn quickly and solve problems independently
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, essential for training and user support

First successful experience, ideally in consulting.

Initial training in engineering or business school.
