As part of its expansive operations, Chanel's Innovate, Develop & Purchase (IDP) department encompasses a diverse array of functions including Innovation, Packaging Development and Approval, Packaging and Event Procurement, Raw Material Procurement, and Subcontracting Procurement. Within this department, the Data & IT Systems division collaborates closely with IT to manage and support the company's information systems and data management initiatives.

1. Draft comprehensive test specifications.
2. Organize and coordinate test sessions, ensuring adherence to processes and engaging the key-user community.
3. Contribute to the creation of training manuals, ensuring clarity and accuracy of information.
4. Participate in user training sessions in collaboration with key-users to ensure optimal understanding of tools and processes.
5. Monitor and track bugs based on their criticality.
6. Provide user assistance according to the complexity of requests.
7. Oversee simple IT projects, including implementation and updates.

1. Initial education in engineering or business school, complemented by initial successful experience, ideally in consulting.

1. Basic knowledge of Procurement and Packaging domains, and associated IT tools (ERP, PLM, etc.).
2. Proven ability to draft clear and structured documents, such as test plans and training manuals.
3. Meticulousness, dynamism, and adaptability to a constantly evolving environment.
4. Ability to learn quickly and solve problems independently.
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, essential for training and user support.

A foundational experience, preferably in consulting, is required.

Degree in Engineering or Business.
