Chanel Junior Financial Controller

- Monitor weekly business performance and analyze boutique KPIs for France and Monaco.
- Support operational teams in developing the COUPA ordering tool.
- Update monthly reports on headquarters' structural costs, promotional expenses, and boutique expenses.
- Track and challenge budget progress with operational teams.
- Optimize and automate boutique expense reporting.
- Design reporting for Chanel & Moi expense tracking.
- Assist the Marketing team in the financial tracking of major events.
- Participate in monthly closing activities, including controlling sales commissions and tax calculations.
- Contribute to budget and financial forecast construction and monitoring.
- Prepare monthly performance presentations for the French Executive Committee.
- Participate in annual boutique inventories and become a reference for inventory processes.
- Update documentation related to quarterly, annual, and budgetary closure processes.
- Propose improvements for reporting development and automation.
- Contribute to transversal Finance projects, including digitalization and system optimization.
- Master's degree in Business School or equivalent (Bac +5).
- Initial experience in management control, audit, or business analysis within commercial or retail functions.
- Proficiency in office tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong interest in information systems.
- Knowledge of SAP, Power BI, and Power Query is advantageous.
- Dynamic and autonomous with strong interpersonal skills.
- Adept at numerical analysis with strong analytical and synthesis capabilities.
Initial experience in management control, audit, or business analysis within commercial or retail functions is required.
Master's degree in Business School or equivalent (Bac +5).
