Responsibilities
- Monitor weekly business performance and analyze KPIs for boutiques in France and Monaco.
- Support operational teams in developing the COUPA ordering tool.
- Update monthly reports on headquarters structural costs, promotional expenses, and boutique expenses.
- Track and challenge operational teams on budget progress.
- Optimize and automate boutique expense reporting.
- Design reporting for Chanel & moi expense tracking.
- Assist the Marketing team in financial tracking of major events.
- Participate in monthly closing activities, including vendor commission control and tax calculations.
- Contribute to budget and financial forecast construction and monitoring.
- Prepare monthly performance presentations for the French executive committee.
- Participate in annual boutique inventories and become a reference for inventory processes.
- Update documentation related to quarterly, annual, and budgetary closure processes.
- Propose improvements for reporting development and automation.
- Contribute to cross-functional finance projects such as digitalization and new information system deployment.
Qualifications
- Higher education degree Bac + 5 from a business school or equivalent.
- First experience in management control, audit, or business analysis in commercial or retail functions.
Skills
- Proficiency in office tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong interest in information systems.
- Knowledge of SAP, Power BI, and Power Query is an advantage.
- Dynamic, autonomous, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with numerical data.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
Experience Requirements
First experience in management control, audit, or business analysis in commercial or retail functions.
Education Requirements
Higher education degree Bac + 5 from a business school or equivalent.
Job Benefits
