1. Assist the Real Estate Financial Controller in managing operational and investment expenses for the Fashion Division's real estate portfolio, including rent, energy, and maintenance costs.
2. Participate in budget construction through meetings with operational teams.
3. Prepare budget presentations for Financial and General Management.
4. Input budget data during budget phases (Q1F, Q3F, and BU).
5. Monitor monthly expenses against budget assumptions.
6. Create tracking files for operational teams.
7. Contribute to accounting closures by analyzing expenses, invoices, provisions, and journal entries.
8. Propose optimizations for management and reporting processes.
9. Participate in the deployment of new tracking tools.

1. Upcoming graduate from a leading business school or university seeking to consolidate knowledge in Corporate Finance.
2. Previous successful experience in Audit or Management Control.
3. Basic understanding of general accounting (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Provisions, Cash Flow).

3. Ability to work independently and adapt to changing environments.
4. Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and standard management software (SAP, BI).
6. Fluency in English and French.

Previous experience in audit or management control is required.

Currently pursuing a degree from a top-tier business school or university.
