- Assist the Real Estate Financial Controller and report to the Head of Cross-Functional Financial Control and the Fashion Financial Director.
- Manage financial oversight of operating and investment expenses for the Fashion Division's real estate portfolio.
- Participate in budget construction through meetings with operational teams.
- Prepare budget presentations for Financial and General Management.
- Enter budget data during budget phases (Q1F, Q3F, and BU).
- Monitor monthly actual expenses versus budget assumptions.
- Create tracking files for operational teams.
- Participate in accounting closures (analysis of expenses, invoices, provisions, journal entries).
- Propose optimizations for management and reporting processes.
- Contribute to the deployment of new tracking tools.
- Recent graduate from a top business school or university.
- First successful experience in Audit or Financial Control.
- Basic knowledge of general accounting (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Provisions, Cash Flow).
- Strong numerical aptitude and analytical skills.
- Curiosity and ability to synthesize information.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and anticipation.
- Adaptability and ability to work independently.
- Strong interpersonal and writing skills.
- Proficiency in computer tools (Excel, PowerPoint) and standard management software (SAP, BI).
- Fluent in English and French.
First successful experience in Audit or Financial Control is required.
Recent graduate from a top business school or university.
