Chanel Junior Embroidery Product Manager

- Oversee the development of embroidery collections, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and budget constraints.
- Coordinate the launch of embroidery samples, managing the dispatch of fabrics and components to embroiderers, and maintaining accurate tracking systems.
- Create and enhance technical dossiers, including embroidery descriptions, nomenclatures, techniques, and photographic documentation throughout the development phase.
- Implement pricing calculations, monitor collection budgets, and contribute to risk analysis and technical solution proposals.
- Prepare and support meetings with the Studio and internal teams, assisting the Head of the Embroidery Department.
- Conduct sourcing activities, manage sample requests and orders, and ensure proper archiving and return of samples.
- Develop commercial documents and support the promotion of craftsmanship expertise.
- Assist in maintaining a continuous watch over product lines, including components, materials, and industry events.
- Promote the embroidery craftsmanship culture internally and among manufacturers and their ecosystems.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar roles or environments, including internships.
- Strong product sensitivity and fashion culture.
- Ability to anticipate, react promptly, and maintain organization and prioritization under deadlines.
- Advanced proficiency in PLM, BI, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Excellent communication skills and team collaboration abilities.
- Fluency in French and English, with Italian as an advantage or willingness to learn quickly.
At least 1 year of relevant experience in similar roles or environments, including internships.
