1. Manage the dedicated e-learning mobile application for Chanel fashion boutiques across Europe, including the design and implementation of monthly training programs.
2. Collaborate with local Digital Learning Managers to adapt and coordinate translations of international training modules.
3. Create bespoke training modules to address specific market needs.
4. Analyze and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure training impact.
5. Develop and execute an editorial calendar to engage the Learning Community through innovative content and activities.
6. Prepare and facilitate meetings and seminars for the Learning Community.
7. Oversee the maintenance and evolution of the LumApps sharing platform, ensuring alignment with Chanel's brand and learning activities.

1. Proven ability to communicate effectively and diplomatically.
2. Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
